Newbie Routine Questions
Hello, I am not exactly a Newbie, I have been doing a program of 30 mins jelqing in the morning, followed by 3x15 mins of hanging with my bib hanger.
I do this 5 days on, with 2 days rest. I have been PEing for about 4 months now.
My question is: Is this enough? Is there anything I am missing? I know many people around here regard supplements and creams as crap, however, is there anyone out there that has tried any creams such as Aumenti, or leach oil. I am wondering if combined with my workouts they could stimulate growth or aid recovery.
Also, what about products such as the max extender or a cock bracelet to maximize the time when I am not exercising? And finally has anyone tried hypnosis? Sorry, I just had to ask about these products, I want to do everything possible to be successful at PE.
