Newbie routine

I took 2 days off instead of 1 {I`m on the newbie routine} should I do it 3 days strait now?

I was trying 4 on 3 off days, I think I might go for the common 2 on, 1 off routine now as 3 days break seems too much!.

Like Bird2 says, I think it’s a very personal thing, we all react differently and you just have to find what works for you.
To me it seems a good way of getting in tune with what your dick finds acceptable!
