Where do I go beyond Luvdadus's newbie routine??

Hi Guys:

Just curious where do I go beyond Luvdadus’s 6 week beginner routine?? Should I continue with it for another 4 to 6 weeks?? Maybe longer?? What should I do to evaluate myself?? Self analysis…etc…?? Does anyone have an intermediate program…Maybe Luvdadus’s could come up with one!! Any and all suggestions welcome… Thank you!!

Day Walker

The following is an outline for a beginner’s routine. This is a suggestion only. Modify it to meet your goals or concerns:

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

Notes: gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

Well, you will be familiar with the exercises and hopefully have a feel for what is good and what is bad. You can then personalise your routine based on your preferences, experiences during the newbie routine, results up to that point, time, privacy, research you did, other exercises you read about, your short or long term goals, LOT…. etc etc etc….

You can continue with Luv’s routine if you want or feel it is working for you.

I recomend staying with it as long as you see gains. If you stay at 10-15 min of stretch and 30 min of jelq and you are seeing as much as 1/8” length gain every 2 months keep doing that (thats 3/4” per year).


Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

Work your stretching up 5 more minutes each 3 weeks until you are at about 30 minutes of stretching (unless you begin to feel discomfert- then stop when you feel you’ve done enough).

Then add on 5-10 more minutes for your jelq session until in about 3 months from now you are jelqing for 30 minutes. After about 6-8 months of that you may want to work on the girth squeezes for a conditioned penis. Good Luck!
