Newbie´s Routine - Opinions needed
Hey, guys!
I began yesterday week 3 of the Newbie´s Routine with some variations.
So far I did 1 day on, 1 day off schedule with some changes:
- 5 min warm up
- 3 min of stretching
- 10-12 min of jelq
- 5 min warm down
- 50 kegels, 5 sec each
Like I wrote before, I do not want to gain much length for now, but mostly girth, so that´s the reason for not to do 5 min of stretching.
So, I want for you to give me your opinion, please:
1 - I intend to keep this schedule for 4 weeks and from week 5 to the end of the 3 recommended months of Newbie´s Routine, start with 2 days on, 1 off.
So, what do you think of keeping the schedule to week 4?
2 - Until week 4, besides keeping the 1 day on, 1 day off schedule, I intend to keep the 3 min stretches and the 10-12 min of jelq. After that I´ll do the 5 min stretches and 10-12 min of jelq.
What do you think?
3 - Should I start doing 10 min of stretching and 30 min of jelq after the 6 weeks of Newbie´s Routine?
