Not really, you do want to tire the tissue a bit though. I always found that the stresses in the tissue built up over the week and I really needed the days off. So yeah stress is good but too much stress is bad, you’ll find not much stress is needed to start with for you to grow.

A bath can be good, it will relax the ligs and the penile tissue but you really want a hot wrap to be just less than scald level heat (as hot as you can stand) and doing that in a bath is quite hard.

LOT is easy. Stretch your penis straight up. Kegel. See a movement of the penis back into body? If yes lower the penis slightly, kegel again. Still see a retraction into the body? Carry on until you see no retraction into the body. This is your LOT angle and its stated as a time (6 o’clock = straight down, 9 o’clock = straight out, 12 o’clock = straight up). It tells you at what angle your ligs are taking the strain of supporting a stretch.
