Hi there mates!! I´m so glad that I found this site. Oh man, these exercises will change my life!

I started out for like a week ago and I´ve only done wet jelqs. Do you people think that jelqs is enough when I`m a newbie or should I add stretches too? Could you get good gains only by jelqing?

Its probably a good idea to go for stretches too. Especially if you want length.

Yes jelqing is a primary exercise, you can simply jelq and get gains. Its a good idea to get your penis in a state where it never really regains its strength and a fully rounded programme helps that.

So if I understand you right, my goal in every session should be to get my penis so “tired” that I can´t get it hard?

Oh and I´ve got a question about the hot wrap too. Will it give the same result if for exempel take a bath for five minutes?

And the LOT thing? Could somebody plz explain that. Would be really nice.

Not really, you do want to tire the tissue a bit though. I always found that the stresses in the tissue built up over the week and I really needed the days off. So yeah stress is good but too much stress is bad, you’ll find not much stress is needed to start with for you to grow.

A bath can be good, it will relax the ligs and the penile tissue but you really want a hot wrap to be just less than scald level heat (as hot as you can stand) and doing that in a bath is quite hard.

Please don’t use ‘plz’ or other AOL style stuff here. Thanks.

LOT is easy. Stretch your penis straight up. Kegel. See a movement of the penis back into body? If yes lower the penis slightly, kegel again. Still see a retraction into the body? Carry on until you see no retraction into the body. This is your LOT angle and its stated as a time (6 o’clock = straight down, 9 o’clock = straight out, 12 o’clock = straight up). It tells you at what angle your ligs are taking the strain of supporting a stretch.

So my LOT is the angle where I don´t feel a thugback at all? I mean I feel a minor thugback even att 8 o´clock. Is there something wrong?

No no, there’s nothing wrong, people have different LOT:s you see. I have a LOT of 7:30 for instance.

Another newbie here. So you basically stretch in the direction of your LOT to gain length the best way?

If so, I’ll probably have to refrain from stretching for another day. I justed started a week ago and the top part of my glans is a little darker. It gets purple when I stretch it.

You mean having it in a flaccid state first? Yes. I do. I feel a lot of pressure on the glans too when I stretch it. And after a while it gets purple. That color slowly fades away in a day. But I guess I’m doing something wrong. I’m probably stretching too hard.
