Newbie wants girth

I am not interested at all in gaining length, but I really want to add some girth. Are there newbie routines focused on gaining girth?

You have asked this question already and it has been answered many times. There is not a newbie girth routine because there are not any newbie girth exercises.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I am newbie here. I would like to add some girth as well. So looking for information.

For beginners is recommended to start whit newbie routine to prepare penis first for couple months maybe 3 months after that you can add some girth exercise like Ulis, clamping, pumping. Edging and ballooning helps too.

In section girth exercise you can see all girth exercise, but preparing is first to avoid injuries.

Most important is to be patient and consistent.
