Newer to PE - advice?
Hey all,
I’m new to PE as of 3 months ago. I have been following the following routine since then:
10 minutes warm-up
15 minutes stretches (30 seconds per position - left, out, right, up)
15 minutes jelqing (alternate 2 minutes each V-jelq and ok-grip)
+/- Some edging
I also do 10 piss-pulls after I use the bathroom every day. I have not seen concrete gains I’m confident in. I have had minor improvements on flaccid over time, although these disappear after more than 2 days break (I do 5 on, 2 off usually) and do not appear after if I have masturbated or exercised that day. I didn’t often get morning wood (never had problems with ED though - 26yo), but I haven’t seen an improvement since starting PE either. I can’t seem to get a consistent measure I am confident in, since I’m seeing girth and length variation up to 0.125-0.25 inches depending on tightness of tailor tape or force of bone-pressing and even the vertical angle of the erection. Starting lengths of 6.75BPEL, 5BEG, 4.75MSEG, 3-3.5FL and 4FG looking ultimately for 8BPEL, 5.5MSG, 5FL and 5FG. Thinking about a bathmate and extender, but manuals are so much easier for stealth from the wife.
Any advice?
