Hi all, this one is kind of a cross between the fowfers and the bundled stretch.

It basically involves using the downtime between going to bed and falling asleep. I can be a bit of an insomniac but don’t like getting up so figured it was perfect.

I find ~360deg bundled stretches (due to the way my unit torques itself against my grip) don’t require any active hand grip once properly twisted up and pulled, in the lying position with hand resting on thigh, so have been doing them to the left most nights for a few months - the weight of my arm basically just hangs onto my dick via the grip I have. I can get a good stretch through the right tunica, which seems to have straightened things out from an initial ~20degree curve to the right (when erect) to now pretty much straight/only a few degrees curved. No idea if this change would be durable if I stopped.
I think I’ve added a few mm length as well, tho hard to say as I did the newbie routine last year and seem to have gone from 6.0 to about 6.5 across that whole time. Straightening the curve would have lengthened things a bit just itself.

Disclaimer is obviously possible injury risk - I was a bit worried about pressure injury from dozing off while stretching, which is possible now as it’s gotten more comfortable to do, but I haven’t caused any harm that’s noticeable so far.

There you go - thought I’d post as I got the inspiration from this forum, I haven’t seen anyone describing this exact thing and it seems to work - will continue for a bit and see where it gets me in a few more months! 35yo here btw and happily married.

Update on this - I’ve stopped this exercise in the last fortnight, as my dick’s suppleness has increased such that the torque no longer holds it in my grip without effort, and it will twist out (putting nasty traction on the skin as it goes). The tunica is just not tight enough now.

I can prob credit this either to the exercise or to having re-embarked on the newbie routine for gains again, 6 weeks ago. (Or both.)

Either way I’m happy as things are looking significantly straighter and it was a lazy exercise to do!
