So as thw title says. I took the bundles stretch and the JAI and incorporated them into one stretch. So far i like it.

Are you using these stretches alone or in addition to your PE routine? If you’re using them alone, I’d love to hear about your results.

My routine and i am only 3 weeks into PE.

15 min heat pad warm up on high.

30sec×3 sets of bundled stretches against my curve.

15reps×3 of the bundled JAI stretch against my curve.

Basic PE Manual stretches 30 sec each way ×3 sets.

I then spend about 3 mins fulcrum stretch against my curve

10mins of wet jelq and vjelqs

5min heat pad wrap

Pump 1 set for 10mins.
