Jaylough, it works. I was sceptical too, but what have you got to lose? Only time. It costs nothing. I find it hard to find the time and privacy to do as much as I would like as I know regularity is the key, but even I have shown gains. Give it a go!

You say you have been PE’ing for about 2 years on and off. This sounds to me like you may not have been consistent. If that’s the case, you will probably never see gains and will eventually become frustrated and quit.

When you see any gains, that itself should be motivation to keep going!

Set a schedule and routine. Stick with it religiously for four months. Make the commitment and go for it.

Bi82 what is your routine? I basically jelq, manual stretch and occasionally pump. I wonder if it is enough or will I need to get deep into all the clamping and stretching devices.

I mean you guys are right I have not been consistent but I feel like I just need some inspiration. Right now I am just doing manual stretches, clamping, and jelqing. Thinking about buying one of those silicon hangers. I get so annoyed when I see some huge guy in the shower at the gym!

I get annoyed too :D So I bought first Captain Wench hanger and than Bib Starter :) you will experience gains from hanging for sure ;)

Look I don’t want to sound like douche, but don’t ask from other people to give you inspiration for something you want! Look at this way. Each month spent, where you didn’t invest yourself into PE, is a loss! Five months, we are probably talking about 1-1.5 cm in length, and 0.5-1 cm in girth. It is depressive in a way, especially since you KNOW how to increase you penis size. Most of the guys have no clue about this, or if they do, they think it is a hoax.

When guys come HERE and say they have doubts, it cracks me up. For God sake this is a FREE site! Why would thousands of guys lie about their gains?

Now, if you have doubts about YOUR ability to gain, that’s reasonable, and not everyone does. I think everyone CAN, but for some it will require real persistence and experimentation, and not everyone is mentally tough enough to never quit.

If I have doubts I look at it the same way as any other exercise or hobby I have, I just have to keep at it and I’ll slowly get better. Since I’ve already started seeing gains, I don’t really know what ‘doubts’ there can be, it’s just a matter of how much I work at it and maintaining a schedule.

Having doubts about the effectiveness of YOUR routine, that’s good. I have gone years with no gains, but I never quit because I know it does work, and I treat it like a little hobby of mine, so WHY quit? As I’ve kept at it, I have accumulated decent gains over the years.

Just don’t be PE obsessed, pulling your dick out every 5 minutes to check on it, that will just burn you out. Pick a sensible routine, and just do it, then get on with your day. I suggest treating it like “brushing your teeth”. Would you quit brushing your teeth? No, you just do it as part of your day then get on with the day. Treat PE the same way. Eventually, if you study the subject, study your dick’s responses, keep careful records and make sensible changes, and never give up…you will see gains. However,like I said in my other post, few have the mental toughness to “never quit”.

Keep a journal, stick very strictly to the reps, sets, force and rest. THEN if after a couple months, there is no change, then its not working and you need to make a change. If you have a routine but you constantly skip days, over do it, jerk off too much…then you haven’t fairly evaluated it, if you don’t see gains.

As far as doubting PE, as I posted above, you have thousands of guys here testifying as to its reality, with no reason to lie about it.

I tried taking the weekend crash course in irony but I got kicked out for taking things too seriously.

What meowmeow said! What I had to figure out how to do was to turn it from an impulse venture into a routine-ized, constant part of my life. If you take it slow and steady and step up the intensity gradually, you’ll see consistent improvement, which, for me, is an awesome confidence-booster.

I definitely need a confidence booster! This girl that I am hooking up with once in a while called me “a little bigger than average”
