No erection after 3 weeks of Nofap

Hello, couldn’t get an erection last night with the new gf. Never happened before and I’m concerned .A little background. Hanging for 2 years now,(used to hang 9 hours a week) reached my length goal. Some things that might cause my performance problem:

1. I lowered hanging time to 5 hours a week( cementing)

2. I take ritalin 4 days a week to study(never on sex days)

3. Drank coffee 5 hours before the sex

4. Sleep less(6-7 hours)

5. Exams stress.

6. Doing nofap for 3 weeks now

Would be glad for help from the experienced members here. Lift weights regularly so I don’t think it’s low testosterone problem. Not watching porn. Thanks!

Absence of masturbation is really bad during puberty and till 25-30 Y.O. I got my prostatitis due to abstinence for 3 months, when I was 21 Y.O. And it surely reduces your EQ like by 5-7x times.

The fact that she’s a new girlfriend could be playing a role. If you can get it up during masturbation, then you’re equipment works. You might just need more time to get comfortable with her. It sucks, I know, because some guys are just rip roaring and ready to go at a moment’s notice, but anxiety can play a big role.

Numbers 2, 4 and 5 can all have a big impact, plus now you also have added the stress of not being able to have sex.

You might have to wait until you stop taking the Ritalin and exams are over and you are back to getting more sleep.

nofap is a giant joke that just took off. Of course its unhealthy to fap 4-5x a day. But once a day is actually normal and healthy. Better sleep, lower cortisol levels etc.

You want blood flow through your penis regularly, hence why some people get such improvement in EQ doing the angion method.

Lack and sleep, stress and dyhdration alos can pose issues. Try not to overthink it and maybe lower your PE intensity for bit.

I have experienced fatigue in my penis as well due to heavy PE. Taking natural supps helps a lot. Pygeum, tonkatali, arginine among many help. Rest ypu cock too. And for me PE requires arousal not like lifting weights. So think of a girl you like. Abstaining from ejaculation helps but you need supps. I’d rather say retaining semen than no fap. PE is sexual don’t loose that part. Work out your libido and stay off training if your going to sex that day.

In my mid-sixties and have found that Nofap is not so good for my EQ. In my opinion edging 15 to 20 minutes on Nofap days counteracts the negative effects on EQ. Of course, balance is the key. 3 - 4 times a week, whether you’re by yourself or with someone, seems to keep everything working good particularly when you get older.

Maybe try this instead, edge but don’t masturbate. To orgasm. I edge all the time during pe or if horny, but I always save the load for my wife. And. If she doesn’t need sex and can tell I’m horny, she’ll ask if I need a release and she’ll pick the method. No matter what though, she wants the load! She has said you can play with that thing as much as you want, but if you need to come… thats my job! I’m guessing number 4 and 5 play the biggest roles. Stress is a strong factor in erectile disfunction. And a good night’s rest only helps with that. Stop stressing, take care.
