No gains

No gains

I’ve started the newbie routine on May 2nd and I have yet to see gains. I’ve slowly upped my stretches to 8min and 22min of jelqing and no gains. It seems like everyone gets newbie gains

Slow down, a watched pot never boils. You are lucky that you have open your mind to PE, it’s a lifestyle and if immediate results are required for you to commit, then your gains will be small as your time practicing PE will be short lived.

If you are not experiencing gains from your current routine let’s review what you are doing and make some adjustments. Regardless, it’s a slow process.

I feel like I’m doing everything right, my unit when I jelq feels full when I touch it and my stretches feel fine except my stretch pulling up

1. How many seconds are your jelqs?
2. How do you warm up?
3. Have you trimmed your pubic hair in order to get a solid grip on the base of your penis
4. How much force are you applying?
5. How often?

I have done other programs with just as much volume as you apply. With alot less volume I get more results with the current routine I am doing. The post workout semi flaccid pump is an indicator of a good workout for the most part, a good sign for intermediates or people who aren’t new. If your body can not recover in time before the next session I see no point in that, meaning I wouldn’t chase that post workout swell. Not to offend you but you as a beginner, I think you are doing too much. Hence no growth. Less can be more for some people. Like me, perhaps you too

Have you done PE every single day since 2 May?

Longer, thicker, tighter, deeper

It took me four months to see newbie gains but then the next four months were pretty exciting.

Also, I would highly recommend watching bone press flaccid stretched length over BPEL. It will be a truer indicator for you.

Good luck and it will happen, you are in the right place.

1. 3 seconds
2.With a hand towel and warm water for 5 min
3.Yes
4.I’m not sure how to tell, more than masturbation force
5.2 on 1 off

I would say 5 minutes is not a sufficient amount of time for a warm up, especially in my experience. I do 8-10 minutes for a light to medium intensity workout, I would also say you are probably applying too much force with jelqing. I would lay back on the force and time spent on each jelq, and the reps and look into edging and kegeling you might just be lacking in erection quality and not know it. Both kegeling and edging are big contributers for many people here.

This is almost laughable. Think of gains coming in around six to twelve months.

Don’t give up , keep going.

Trust me, I have almost put in a month into this, I’m not giving up

I have gotten usually about a quarter inch to a half an inch the first 1 to 2 months in girth and length depending my seriousness every time I come back to PE after a break, but don’t feel bad for not getting the same results you are more than likely not doing things just right for you. Or you don’t have patience, logically you think less is less gains. But it’s not true, dial it back maybe you need to do less. Maybe your penis isn’t an Olympian gold medalist
