No gains lymph vessel considering break
Okay, so this is my first post and I’ll try to post everything in one topic instead of three.
I started PE at 2 January 2016, with Jon Pop’s 90 day beginners’ routine with exception of rotatory cranks and V jelqs - simply as rotatory cranks gave me easily an erection, and I couldn’t perform V-jelqs. Done three months, no gains.
After three months I tried the ‘Advanced No-Jelq routine’ by Big Al, done it as well for three months - no gains.
After that routines I kept doing stretches straight out and down for 2 minutes each in 3 sets, after that 15 minutes of dry jelqing. Nothing changed so far. PE had no effect on my erection quality or anything, actually I think my erection quality got little bit worse from PE.
Second thing is lymph vessel, till not a long time ago (few months) I didn’t know what it was, I had it for years due to excessive masturbation in past and it’s still here. Finally I know how to get rid of that thanks to Fire Goat’s post in one of the topics about that vessel, but it’s never permanently gone as it’s enough for me to have 5-10minutes hard erection and it’s back again. I recognize that Fire Goat said to have a long break from PE to get rid of that vessel first if I’m not mistaken.
And the third thing is considering a break from PE, the only thing that I considered trying before break was hanging for up to 6 months and check any changes, but at the moment I got no money to get it shipped to UK plus I don’t want to make my custom one or whatever to not hurt my stuff.
