No girth gains.why?advice
Hey there thunders!! I am going to describe my experience with PE, I started in march 2018 with a routine of 5 minutes warm up 20 minutes jelqs 15 minutes jelqs an warm ups, “error” at the time I was not reading much so I wasn’t paying much attention to negative pis and within the month added Ulis double Ulis squash jelqs worst mistake y think now y over trained and continued for seven months with no gains in girth some gains in length. Took a two week break then started with the newbie routine 10-15 minutes jelqs 20 minutes stretches kegels continued for 5 months until now still no girth gains . I am at the point were y need advice from the veterans. I would like to know if after my experience with PE for a year of almost all of it over trained with no gains in girth and .7 in gain in length I can still start all over again and if done properly get the newbie bonus that some members get. “lately been having problems with my sleep don’t sleep much”.
