No Jelqing, Only Stretching. An OK Approach?

Hey all,
Reading on PE is disorienting to say the least, even if you just look at the newbie sections. From what I’ve gathered though, jelquing carries too much of a risk for permanent sexual dysfunction. This is assuming one has weak veins at the base of their dick, but there’s no way of knowing this until after you injure them. In the end, I don’t need any more girth. I just want length, even if it’s just 1 inch it’s all I want. The biggest questions are:

1. Has there been any permanent sexual dysfunction caused by stretching exercises? It’s my understanding venous leaks are mostly a jelquing related injury. So would there be less PERMANENT risks with JUST stretching?
2. Will skipping the jelquing phase of the PE routine impact length at all? I know it’s mostly a girth exercise but since I don’t desire any girth, do I even need jelquing at all?
3. I’ve read that the inner part of the penis and the outer part can have differing blood flows. Correct me if I’m wrong in this concept, but it’s similar to a bike tire with two layers, if one is impacted in a certain way the balance is thrown out of wack and function is lost. Blood flow in the penis and it’s vein system works similarly, so will taking a narrow and undiversified stretching-only approach cause this imbalance of bloodflow?

Like I said, starting out is disorienting when you have the fear of permanent injury looming over your head. If my goal is at least an inch in length and nothing more I think minimizing any risks at all will suffice, cause I’m not asking for much from PE.


NBEL: 5 Inches EG: 4.8 Inches

Goal: At least 6.5 length, 5.5 girth

Stretching without jelqing is absolutely fine and perhaps even preferable.

You are unlikely to encounter any kind of injury from stretching whereas, as you say, injuries from jelqing are common. If your goal is only length, I wouldn’t touch jelqing, since for many it only delivers girth and the thickening and toughening process will make substantial length gains a little trickier.

The only thing you may want to bare in mind is that stretching will make your penis point lower when hard. So instead of your rock hard erection angling at 1 o’clock, it may angle at 3.30. This is to do with the suspending ligament being stretched and not any kind of impairment.

This is a little worrying, I’ve been told that jelqing can help length and girth on here. So does that mean that any girth increases you get will take away from your length increases? It makes me wonder if it’s best to do both at the same time or to focus on length then girth.

It’s just fine to only do manual stretching. Very few if any gets any gains from jelqing anyway.

Just jumping in for the heck of it. Doing helicopters right after each trip to the bathroom is a quick but probably minimal way to increase how often you stretch in a day. Used to do it but only practiced PE for two months straight years ago so no hard evidence.

If you were really trying to maximize length gains to the millimeter, then yes, you would want to achieve your length gains before girth heavy exercises. But it is unlikely to make a noticeable difference and you would be wasting your life waiting 3 or so years to achieve all your length gains before working girth.

That is not correct. Jelqing works!

Every exercise works, as long as you do it with caution and determination. Jelqing can improve blood flow and erection.

However, jelqing is a fairly low intensity exercise, if done correctly. If you squeeze the soul of your dick and drag your hand forward, you are not jelqing. If you strive for length alone, consider erections as your enemy too, since they are powerful enough to cause tissue hardening for the time being bone hard. No erection sucks. Right?

Not true, if you stretch up, left, and right your angle will stay intact. Don’t stretch down if you can help it. And kegels are what help lift your angle in the end

Missing out on jelqing is kind of like making a beef burger without beef. Sure you can do it but you’re missing the primary ingredient.
