No New Gains

Ok heres the scoop, I PE’ed for about 3 months and saw a 1.5 inch increase in girth and about an inch increase in girth, with a measurement of around 8 x 6. Nowww the last 3 months kept jelging and stretching no gains?! I was progressing so fast and now I’ve reached a point where there is absolutely no gains, I have recently started pumping and I can get a girth of 6.25 - 6.5 out side of the tube after pumping, and I can get a flaccid size of about 6 inches throughout the day. When I pump I feel the ligs stretching more than I have before. I pump 2x a day.

Heres the questions:

1. Will the girth gains I get after pumping eventually turn into solid gains?
B. How Long will this take.

2. The stretching on the ligaments will that lead to increased length gains?

3. Will pumping help break the no gains period if not what are some tips to help break the curse?

I personally don’t like pumping, but the lack of gains after a certain period of good ones, is normal. You have to diversify your routine. You can also take a break

1.5 inches in length, sorry about that, any suggestions, I have been pumping for 3 weeks now I am noticing a bigger flaccid size, more frequent erections, more blood being kept in my dick, and a bigger girth, as of now I am not pumping for length.

You should be glad you gained so much so quickly. If I were you I wouldn’t be bummed about it..

Once reaching your plateau, um.. Try switching up your routine somehow. I’m sure there are threads with good info on plateaus.

You say you don’t want to be bigger than 7 by 6 but you’ll see once you get there it’s not that big of a deal and will keep going.

You may be right Sudomma.. I may get addicted once I see results, however my girlfriend doesn’t approve of me exceeding 7”x6”.

She said 7x6 is way too much and 6x5 is perfect for her.

She lost her virginity to Mr. 6.5” x 5” (she was in excruciating pain), so If I’m bigger than him, then I really have nothing to worry about.

I’m looking at my tiny penis and I’m thinking that, ANY gains I make is much better than what I see in front of me now.

You will probably see more gain if you combine pumping with jelking. Shortpump sets, 6 - 8 min each at moderate pressure, with interspersed jelks. Pump; jelk; pump; jelk, and so on depending on the level of your “conditioning.”

Thats exactly what I’ve been doing during my pumping routines sorry I didnt go into detail with that, it works great. Any other ideas you might have avocet8, I’ve seen you post alot.

Yeah, I kinda agree with that. Make some changes in your current routine would be a good idea, for example, extra time of PEing, more pressure for jelqing and some other advance routines for length and girth gains.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

1) Yes, they will turn permanent, as long as you continue to pump once/twice a week, to keep them cemented. I consider this permanent. (Read the Pumping 101)

B) Everyone is different

2) You can gain length from pumping, yes.

3) It could do, theres no way of telling. You could try a deconditioning break, you could increase reps, or increase time, or intensity of your workouts.
