noob question regarding the v stretch

i’m not circumcised…. Do i pull back the skin and grab the head or do I just grab the head with the skin over it and do the stretch? does it make a difference? thanks guys!

It’s all about personal preference and what is comfortable. I pull the skin over the head and do it that way, but then again, I do have rather a lot of foreskin, even pre-PE it used to get caught in zippers and such. But that is another story for another day.

If you are trying to stretch the internal structures of your penis to make it bigger, than pull back the skin. If you leave it over your head you will get more of a skin stretch and less will be focused on your ligaments and tunica. If your skin is tight than this would be okay, but if you are uncircumcized you probably already have enough to start. Good luck.
