Not Gaining
I have been PEing since June 08.
Starting size:
BPEL - 7 1/8
EG Mid - 4 7/8
EG Base - 5 1/4 (probably measured wrong)
Current size:
BPEL - 7 3/8 (has been 7 3/8 since January 09)
EG Mid - 4 7/8
EG Base - 5 1/8 (I think this is the proper measurement)
My routine for about the last 6 weeks has been:
10 minute rice sock warm up
2 sets - 30 seconds each stretch (Down, Up, Out, Right, Left)
2 sets - 30 seconds each V-stretch (Down at base, Down at mid)
2 sets - 30 seconds each A-stretch (Up at base, Up at mid)
Starting with 200 wet jelqs, now doing 250 wet jelqs
10 minute rice sock warm down
I do the stretching routine Monday-Saturday. I do the stretching routine plus jelqs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
I’m not sure why I’m not gaining. Should I be doing 2on/1off? Should I look to make or buy a ADS device.
I also try to kegel every night before bed, but I’m not sure how to increase resistance with kegels. I needed I can post my previous routines and my kegel routines.
