You don’t say what routine you are following. Is it the Newbie Routine shown at the top of the Newbie Page? That is the best routine to follow. But I would suggest you leave out the hanging for a while, as that is an advanced exercise, and should be included later, when your penis is more conditioned to exercise..
Doing a hanging routine in the early stages may even retard your gains, as it does put quite a strain on your unit
The routine you do will give you gains, but the break in routine will slow your progress, But as you have shown you can gain, - but that is an early reaction and later gains may take longer.
But don’t let that deter you and Good luck.
One small point. I know English is not your first language. But it is very good. However I hope you will forgive my showing some corrections in your presentation, as it makes it easier for others to read.
