Not new but 2 weeks serious -- Introduction and Routine Question
Hello. I’ve been into PE for years but mostly would just pump recreationally and rarely, same with rarely jelqing and not really understanding the finer details until recently.
I’m trying to think of a good routine to get into.
I’ve already determined that it’s my smooth muscle I need to improve first, working on girth (which just so happens to also be the stat I care about the most).
I’m 25 and have ED due to being 3 months premature thus having low testosterone but was not eligible for/can’t afford TRT.
I take daily 2.5mg tadalafil and supplement with L-Arginine 1000mg along with a 3-day-on, 1-day-off cycle of 750mg Agmatine Sulfate.
So far I’ll generally go at PE daily, with a couple of break days since.
I’m trying to make my routine as efficient as possible, while using variation to minimize tolerance. I’m thinking of
10 minute hot wrap
Firestarter/Shakes
30 seconds manual penis stretch, 5 directions
Wet Jelq 20 min, 75% or so hardness, 4 or second or so pulls
Pump 15-20 min, starting 3Hg and steadily increasing to 6Hg, kegel-twitching and rocking cylinder up and down for maintained hardness
Firestarter/Shakes
Pump 15-20 min again
Wet V-Jelq 20 min, also 75% or so hardness, 4 or second or so pulls
Firestarter/Shakes
Edge 5-10 minutes
5 minute hot wrap
30 seconds manual penis stretch again
I know that you’re supposed to do full fatigue on one type of jelqing before switching to another, ‘less is more’, and that pumping is supposed to potentially help with gains by increasing blood flow and expanding the tissue.
But I’m not sure if I should..
—Switch V-jelq to have it be between my two pump sets
—Do more V-jelqing than regular jelqing to focus the most on girth
—Do edging last
—Do more jelqing and less pumping
—Do shorter jelqing but with greater intensity and slower pull
—Have more rest between sets
—Etc.
Any advice?
