So I started doing a full PE routine for about a month, but as I now have a job and an 18 college credit load on my hands, I have found it near impossible to dedicate 45 to me time.

Lately I have been doing nothing but kegels in class whenever the thought crosses my mind, usually about 5 or 6 times a week.

Does this benefit me at all? If so, how might it improve any aspect of EQ or sexual health in general? I haven’t really noticed any changes, but it’s only been about 2 weeks of slacking on my PE.

I never did PE religiously. I have probably done PE about 15% of the 4 years. I seriously need girth gain. Can anyone help?

You won’t see any growth, but your EQ should improve. This alone will be fun for any girl you get in bed with. The best is when you are inside her and can kegel to expand and she gasps from the extra fullness - especially right after she cums!

Do what you can, when you can.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

You could always try doing one of those stealth ADS things (all day stretcher) to at least do something while busy as can be with college. Sometimes I’ll use a couple golf weights as a light ADS, and then it’s funny to watch for crotch watchers staring at mine. :p
