On Which Gain Should I Focus girth or length
Which one first length gains or girth gains
I was planning to start hanging after this month for length gains but also I’m not happy with my girth that’s why I do jelq squeezes and ULIs. When I was doing some researches about hanging , I saw that length gains should be always coming first because the thicker the penis is , the more difficult it will be to get length gains from hanging because of the more resistance. Can we say that if I consider that my dick is thin ( 5,6 NBPEL and 4,3 inches girth ) then if I do hanging for a while my length gains will be faster and then I can focus on girth gains after I achieve 7 NBPEL?
Should I just do hangings till I reach my goal?
