One month into the newbie routine, ZERO gain
Hey.
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for one month now. 2 days on 1 day off, and increasing the time stretching and jelqing every week, and I’ve been doing tons of kegels (and some fowfers now and then). My erection is a bit harder and I get harder morning wood. But I’ve gotten ZERO (0,0) length gain after one month?
What am I doing wrong?
