Only girth training question
I used to do some PE and got some good results. One of the reasons I stopped was because I’m afraid of gaining a lot of length because mine is already a bit long and I’ve had some problems with it.
Anyway, the point is, I really wanted to increase my girth measures without increasing my length a lot. What routine should I do?
My old routine:
Warm towel
15 minutes stretch
30-40 minutes jelq
Warm towel
4-5 times a week
My measures are 8,3 length and 5,4 girth
