I used to do some PE and got some good results. One of the reasons I stopped was because I’m afraid of gaining a lot of length because mine is already a bit long and I’ve had some problems with it.
Anyway, the point is, I really wanted to increase my girth measures without increasing my length a lot. What routine should I do?

My old routine:
Warm towel
15 minutes stretch
30-40 minutes jelq
Warm towel

4-5 times a week
My measures are 8,3 length and 5,4 girth

Warming up 10 min.
10 slowly jelqs-5 second
30 fast jelqs
10 slowly revers grip jelqs
30 fast revers grip jelqs
20 Ulis 50 second each
10 squeeze 30 session each
10 horse squeeze 30 second each
2 x 10 min clamping session.
Warming down 10 min

Your workout looks directed towards length. I’ve never gaines from jelqing, but doing stretches and Jelqs gave me length gains. I would look into Squeezes and pumping. I never gained from clamping or squeezes so I can’t speak much on those. I have pumped, using the bathmate. I gained about 3/8” MEG and 1/2” BEG in 2 months.

If you’re conditioned enough try clamping. Amazing how well it works if you’re one of the people it works for.

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Backing down to 3 working days per week should help since girth requires plenty of rest.

Slower paced jelqing could lean towards girth for most, but I would revise that duration. It’s impractical and ineffective to do over 20 minutes of jelqing.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)
