Only left testicle goes up while kegeling

While I do kegel with flaccid my left testicle goes up but the right one just kind of hangs there. I don’t have any problems with it, while erect or cold both of them go up but this is weird anyway. So, yeah. I noticed this more than a year ago. I PE about a month so it’s not related. Anyone with similar problem?

It’s not a problem. Most guys don’t have testicles that move when they kegel. It’s not something that’s supposed to happen. If it does, no problem. Moving testicles and the contraction of the bulbocavernosus (BC) muscle are not related. It’s a nerve stimulation thing that occurs in some men. Don’t be concerned.
