Overtraining or Undertraining?
Back when I started PE I would get a heavier, more veiny flaccid after wet jelqing. That was in the beginning though and after taking a break and switching to dry jelqing because the “wet” part was extremely bothersome, I feel like I’m in a limbo.
After dry jelqing my flaccid is smaller/normal, as in not completely turtled but perhaps a bit smaller than it usually is. I also feel like I was making better gains before. So I’m doing something wrong.
Trouble is I have no idea whether I’m going a bit too hard (hence the mild turtling) or not hard enough (hence the lack of a bigger flaccid).
Should I try training a bit harder or should cut back even more? I don’t feel like I’m doing much at all..
Current routine:
5 min warm up
7.5 min stretching
75-80x 3s dry jelqs
