I’ve been making slow but steady progress last couple years but recently been more regular with my routine (2-3 weeks). I’m wondering if anyone else has had painfully hard morning wood, I’ve had no pain with normal erections but last 3 days had painful and fuller morning wood that lasts 3-15min. This is also more regular morning wood than previously. This doesn’t seem like a bad PI but pain isn’t usually good either.

Sorry if this is a dupe, I searched sparkyx’s threads but didn’t see a combination of increased morning wood and pain only after waking.

Is it painful, in a sharp-pain kind of way?

I love when I’m in the zone and wake up with a raging hard on and I can feel the ache all the way down in the root of my dick, closest to the body. Tells me that it’s stretching itself while erect.

Might play with some erect type stretches. For example, I had that same thing once and a very high angle of erection. What I did was bring both legs up in bed as if sitting sideways and put my unit under my thighs, then slowly pushed it down. Erection still raging but pulling the whole thing down and away… Really good stretch in the root zone and you don’t really have to worry about hurting yourself.

Use it to your benefit! (again, only if it’s not like a sharp pain)

If you have sharp pains, suggest taking a break from PE to let the penis heal/catch up to the workout you’re doing. Might be going a little bit overboard for your penis to catch up.

That painful erection is a VERY GOOD PI. In fact, if you remember when we were kids, during puberty almost all erections were painful. Because our hormones were at its maximum levels and everything was growing and expanding. That pain is simply extra pressure of blood against the tissues. Thanks for all the feedback, I would say its ache bordering on sharp pain(ie if I do stretches like mike suggests, fowfers?). Even when I had super hard erections in puberty they never hurt.
