Do you find that PE has caused more or less sensitivity for you? Does it take less or more time for you to cum?

No difference. I can still go as long as I want, wich is usually about 2 hours.

Slightly more sensitivity, but interestingly enough that hasn’t equated to cuming quicker, it’s even easier now to hold off longer.

It stands to reason that if you increase size you increase surface area; with more surface area you exposed more nerve endings and therefore provide greater stimulation/pleasure for both you and your woman. Bigger cock sex is immensley more pleasurable than normal cock sex.

I agree basically with Shilow. More surface area (= more receptors) and more penile volume in general does change sexual dynamics, and in a positive way.

I don’t know if for me it is about intestinal fortitude exactly, more a keener interest, since starting PE, in the physiology of sex; a greater appreciation of that and in learning how to get the most out of an orgasm and during the events that lead up to that. I do last longer during sex than I used to, but I doubt PE has had anything to do with my ejaculatory patterns. What does seem more reasonable to me is that I now know a lot more about what’s going on physiologically whereas before I just “did it” for whatever immediate pleasure. Now orgasms are much more intense. I wish I had figured all this out when I was 20.

Sensitivity for me hasn’t changed. But wife’s has really enjoyed the changes.
