PE before or after working out?

PE before or after working out?

Hey guys, long time no post. I’m finally comfortable with PE, after using months and months of reading up on it. Mainly because I rather have the size I currently have, rather than totally screwing up my unit, you know what I mean? Not only am I picking up PE, I’m also starting to work out again, I’m 20 years old and I really should be in better shape then I am now. I’m currently at a whopping 315lbs, and a size of 6x4 BPEL. I plan to work out religiously and also add in PE, but have a couple questions.

1. If I plan on working out at night, when should I be doing the newbie routine?

2. Does working out effect PE in any way?

3. I don’t have much privacy, and I work about 60 hours a week, so which exercises do you think I should be working on most?

I really couldn’t find any answers using the search button, and any help would be appreciated. But I thought it was time for me to actually do something for myself and get in better shape and finally start my PE’ing. Thanks.

You should try the Modified Newbie Routine. Here’s a link:

Here are the positives:

+ 1 Day on, 2 Days off (Helps if you have a busy schedule like yourself.)
+ The whole routine will take only about a half an hour, which includes 20 minutes of warmups/warmdowns.
+ It’s a very effective routine that I found to give me very good initial gains of about half an inch BP in one cycle of using it, which is 18 days.
+ Very gentle routine that still gets results!!!

- Still a new routine, so it hasn’t been as proven as the Regular Newbie Routine (But results from others are always coming in!)
- Does not condition the penis as well (That’s the point of the routine, but that’s all in the link above), so if advanced exercises were on your mind for the coming future, you may want to do the Regular Newbie Routine.

I’d say this is your best bet!

I find that a good aerobic workout or anything that gets my heart pumping helps restore or improve my flaccid length after a PE routine. The enhanced circulation seems to prevent turtling .

Good advice from jess. If you are not going to masturbate at the same time as doing PE, it doesn’t really matter when your workout is in relation to your PE. Ejaculating too soon before a workout can take away some of the ‘drive’ you need for a good workout.

The argument of whether ejaculation hinders gains is an ongoing one with many opinions on this site.

The question of whether working out has any effect on gains is also well debated. My personal opinion is that working out helps your health which can only assist with PE (even if slightly).

Working out helps with overall health and this is good for PE too. I prefer doing my PE sessions at least 40 mins after my workout because when I work out the blood goes to the muscles and my dick shrinks a little and I want to keep it engorged after a PE session. That’s why I don’t do PE before workout.

You said you want to work out at night so I think you should do the newmbie routine in the morning, but If I were you I would do my workout in the morning and PE in the evening.

Well according to most diet/fitness sites I’ve been to, metabolism is at it’s highest point in the morning and lowest point in the evening. So I figure if I’m working out later in the day, it will help me keep my metabolism high through the day, thus burning more of my excess and unlimited fat. LOL

I think it may be more effective after a workout. If you PE before, though you may get a higher blood flow during a workout, the blood used in a workout is going directly to your muscles to supply energy and regenerate the tissue. Therefore, I think you might be detouring valuable blood to your penis. A post-workout PE makes sense. Do it while in the shower so that the warm water will aid in stretches and whatnot. Your blood will still be circulating quite well without the strain of your body milking your bloodstream immediately.
