PE beginner - Question

Hello Thunders-Place people,

I am new to this forum and want to start soon with the Basic PE routine, but I have a problem/dilemma, I have a tight foreskin and I can only pull it all the way while non-erect, my question is the following: is this going to be a problem for me when starting the PE basic routine? Thank you!

I would say that it’s possible to find alternate techniques for each exercise to account for your tight foreskin, but you will need to invent them yourself.

I would, if I were in your shoes, start by first stretching my foreskin until I could pull it back while erect.

It’s totally possible, but it takes time.

I did it when I was a kid without knowing what I was doing, I just knew I wanted it to be wider so I could pull it all the way over the head while erect.

I stuck 2 fingers in it and pulled apart, and kept doing that until I could fit 3 fingers, etc.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

The best advice I can give is to try and stretch it back while having a hot shower. Once you’re warmed up the skin will be a bit more pliable and you can start to pull it back a little at a time.

I did that for a couple weeks every time I would shower and it eventually got to the point where I can pull it back now without much discomfort.

Shouldn’t be an issue, but you should deal with the phimosis anyway.
The best non-surgical treatment consists of a combination of foreskin stretching exercises and the use of a topical steroid cream, to prevent inflammation and scar tissue formation. The general idea is that mechanical stress causes skin growth, so stretching the foreskin can achieve a larger and more comfortable primitive ring for full retraction.

Google for foreskin stretching exercises.

Hey satyros!

Welcome to Thunders.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here section. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

When jelqing kep your erection level not higher than 40% to accommodate your tight foreskin. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"
