Question about PE
I have question about my PE exercises, is it ok to warm up for 10 minutes then strech 10 minutes (up,down,left,right) then do 20 minutes of jelqing and after that 10 minutes of A streches, my main goal is lenght since I have 5,3 girth and 6,1 inches lenght. Any advice would be welcome, thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English. :)
P.S.I am doing PE for 2 weeks (but I have done it before, and I wasn’t consistant)
