Question Every thing about PE

First, I want everyone who misunderstood the title name as it’ll be a good explanation for PE’ing.
Let’s start the the thread:
As a start I want to talk about kegels. I noticed that there are two kinds of it -or as I call it-. First, is near the penis which is -as I think- we all know it for which is for stopping pee. Second, is near the anus which I figured out about it today while routin-ing. For me I think it’s like a front and back muscles for kegels, I’m also a bit sure about many figured out this or even read about it. And here’s what I want to know which of them is the real kegels, and what are they called in (Penis Anatomy) anyway.
I’m also noticed that when flexing the back-one, it makes me able to relax other pelvic floor muscles, unlikely when I flex the front-one, I found that I have to flex the back-one also. I mean that I can flex the back one separately with no-problems. And here’s my routine that I did today for the back muscle:
30 x 10 sec || Please notice: I did this routine as I know about
15 x 20 sec || PC muscle a long time ago, so it’s easy for me,
10 x 30 sec || what I mean it’s not for beginners -or as I think-
5 x 60 sec = 1 min
1 x 300 sec = 5 min
So, here’s me asking the same Question again: Which of both muscles -front and back ones- is the better for kegels, and what are they called in (Penis Anatomy) anyway?

For now, I’m going to talk about RK -reverse kegels-, what I know about locating and practicing it, that you can found it while trying to PUSH pee, and practicing it by using your abs, anyway I found many other ways that I didn’t understood it perfectly, so I forgot about it :) . Anyway, I went ahead to try it, and it SUCCEED! As I know its effect should be as following: when you are about to ejaculate, do a RK and it all will be done and then start again fun. That’s what I’ve learned about benefits of RK.
So, here’s my question, Do I do RK properly or not ? If NOT, So how to do it properly?

I want from Matt356 -as he made many searches about pelvic floor muscles, such as: PC , BC , IC , VIP muscles- to help me with quoting his posts about Locating and Practicing IC and BC muscles, this thread was too long for me to read all of it, -hopefully no-one think I’m a lazy member- I read this post:
OK, I think I have something useful for some of you who still think how to concentrate on IC.Sit down on any medium chair. Think about your bottom. When you sit for a very long time, you start to feel kind of pain in two points down there. Those are two parts of ischial bones. Both IC sticks to them on the most central line of our body.
Now concentrate on dorsal surface of your flaccid penis right in front of the pubis. It’s important to start from this state. Now try to "hang" or "pull up" this surface so that you will feel like your penis is being tensed and hangs a little bit higher. It’s a bit hard and difficult but eventually you will feel it. NO TENSION IN PELVIS IS ALLOWED AT THIS POINT. You will feel a little bit of "hard" tension, with nearly zero movement of your anus but you will feel it little tight presents.
Now try to achieve semi-erection with slow stimulation of your penis. Still concentrate on the hanging-penis-feeling from the beginning part. You will feel your penis more aroused and "able" to ride.
Then continue stimulation and achieve full erection - still concentrating on this specific "penis-hanging-dorsal-pulling" feeling. When you are fully erected you will feel it working and you will be able to move your penis without using your hands.
If you are going to stimulate until ejaculation, you will feel that this tension can control this state and while "hanging" you will be able to delay semen. You can play like this as long as you wish without loosing erection!
REMEMBER: DO NOT concentrate on anything but the medium, central line that goes threw your pelvis. No interest in bottom, abdomen, special concentration on anus or any. The dorsal part of your penis is the most important one. ENJOY!
That was a quote for a post for Matt356, which talking about how to locating IC, I can say I understood it and couldn’t practice it! So, if he has a better post for locating IC in the farther pages of the thread, and anyone could help me with quotes from other threads or researches about IC / BC muscles.
So, here’s my request: any useful information about locating / practicing BC / IC muscles.

Finally, I want a help in the following issue: I’m now, NBPEL: 6.3" x EG: 4.7" ==> and want to be, NBPEL: 7.5" x EG: 6.5". In my opinion the problem is about not only getting much bigger, but also about changing rates of penis. 4.7" => 6.5" is a bit radical change -as I think-.
So, here’s my question: Is it possible to gain what I want? If YES, is it (V.hard or V.V.hard)?
