PE despite Sclerosing Lymphangitis?

Few years ago during my girth session targeting the glans, I went too far and got myself an injury. It first appeared like string of beads just under my glans. Later I realized this is an injury to the lymphatic vessels just under my glans. Seen few other cases here, but mine is a particularly bad one. I did followed others advice to totally avoid touching my penis, for few months.

It is to no avail as my Sclerosing Lymphangitis never fully went away. It will appear immediately even following light edging routine. I have not experienced any pain nor dysfunction but the sight it truely an ugly one. A thick cord of pearly beads wrapping around my shaft just below the glans. During my time-out period, I have lost 0.25” in girth.

1) Now I’m thinking to start back my intense girth routine despite my injury. Wonder if any other members having the same condition but decided to push through it? Will this a cause any permanent damage to my unit?

How are things now? I have the same issue. From what I have gathered through on line reports and forums, it’s not harmful, will often improve on its own, but may take a year or more. I’ve just started out, seeing some minor gains, and the thoughts of stopping for a year makes no sense to me. So I’m moving ahead, although I have toned it down

It’s about the same, in fact worsening slightly as I’m pumping frequently.

I would imagine my Urologist asking the same Question. Certainly stupid, but difficult to stop once you start gaining.

It is usually easy to resolve this. Others have noted the same issue for extender periods of time and then discovered the tip below and immediately saw major improvements.

Simply message the buildup between two fingers with a pinching grip. Apply firm pressure and move it around.

I do this as soon as I see it and it is gone nearly instantly. Sometimes it take another day, and more massaging, to get rid of any residual fluid build up.

There can be extreme cases where I can be wrong, however, many have successfully used this simple technique, even after they freaked out for a while not knowing what to do.
