PE in the gym

It’s a pretty well known fact that when working out in the gym, levels of testosterone and human growth hormone are in high blood concentrations, this puts the body into an anabolic (growth) phase and stimulates muscle tissue growth/ regeneration. What I am wondering is if it could be beneficial to kegel while doing sets in the gym- say you are doing crunches and just hold a few kegels at the same time? It might be beneficial to PE as well but unless you have a private home gym it could be a little more than arkward to just flop your tackle out and rip out a few jelqs :P any thoughts on this?

There’s nothing to suggest T-levels, HGH or any other snippets of bodybuilding jargon correlate positively or negatively with PE success.

If you could prove anything either way I’m pretty sure you’de be blazing a trail…:D

No proof either way isnt proof it wouldn’t work.. Here’s a few snippets that might interest

If hGH acts as an effector mechanism on all cells of the body, it probably could stimulate growth in the BC muscle and the corpus cavernosa/ spongiosum as well right? By the way I am not suggesting injecting either of these, just making the most of the natural fluctuations of these steriod hormones in the body that occur anyway. Anyway just some food for thought :)

I will tell you this: I have my best PE workouts after running or doing gym type activity.

Yea, I second all of this, I’ve always felt that during or after a workout PE may be extra effective (technically a guess). So with this said, I think I will take a day or two from the gym and do home workouts - because after all with the right equipment you can get a decent workout at home too. I can see it now: Bicep curls, crunches, and squats all while an ADS is attached. Now that’s what I call getting a real “pump.” lol

Man you’re crazy—but this is solid. Hey.. let’s step it up a notch and hang 40lbs from your wang while doing lifts—ok, I know.. that’s a horrible idea :p

LOL I’m serious. If possible, heck I’d do this workout regimen entirely nude. Assuming no one is home and I have the time - I can do a circuit of workouts, such as bicep curls, squats, etc. All while doing this I can have an ADS or some kind of light hanging during my workouts. In theory, due to my increased bloodflow and HGH, my dick could be getting some aid in growing. I would finish off the workout by taking a warm/hot shower allowing my penis to become partially flaccid and to run through a few jelqs and kegel sets before busting a nut. Maybe even try some Obends and other new techniques.

I’d also be sure to up on the natural supplements before and after my workout - I am thinking this could be very effective - I just have to try it now.

By the way though, it might be safer to wear a pair of shorts—if you have machines/ moving parts, or even just dumbells there’s always the slight danger you could get your unit caught in something and cause some damage.

Heh, I guess I’ll start doing a few sets of pushups/crunches before I hit the shower to start my routine then huh.

So you guys all kinda agree it’s good to do PE after a gym workouts?

Cause I’m also doing some and it would be much easier for me to do it right afterwards just to save some time during the day.

No; I’m with Klayton on this. It’s unproven.

I don’t see where it would be harmful or counterproductive, and I can see where there might be positive potential.

But that’s not the same as all ‘kinda agreeing it’s good’.

And I second Blink2000 : make sure to protect your tender parts from the moving equipment and heavy objects.

I kegel between sets while resting. I also kegel while driving, cooking, waiting for a flight, dentist, etc. I can’t imagine doing kegels during a set because my full concentration is on that set. In my opinion mutli-tasking while doing a set is not a good idea. Kind of like the person whose talking on the cell phone doing weights. How hard are they really working out?

I agree with both of you.

Wouldn’t it be more effect to inject these things into your dick? The target tissues for HGH are all over your body. I know you said you aren’t suggesting injecting them, but thats what the Chemical PE is all about. You can’t effectively get these compounds to your dick in a usefull format or dosage unless you inject them. Sad, and scary…but apparently true. Puberty does a bunch of special voodoo magic to get your dick to grow. Replicate that process, and you have the trillion dollar secret.

Yeah I saw a documentary a while back on tv about this guy with the biggest biceps in the world and he would directly inject them with steroids.. The irony of the situation was that he didnt clean his needles after a while and one of his biceps became infected and had to be cut out! He also got busted for possession of the illegal substances.. Neither of those consequences seem desirable so I would err on the side of extreme caution lol.. And to those who say this is unproven, to the rest of the world PE is unproven correct? Theres no scientific evidence whatsoever blah blah but we all know it works anyway.. Why did you not require any proof to commence PE and believe it could work? How could these beliefs not hold true in this situation? Seems like double standards to me.

You may look a little odd walking around the gym with two hot rice socks stuffed down your pants. Just make sure you wipe the bench off after you’re through with it :)
