Hi everyone.

I’m not new to PE, back a few years ago I had some relative success with a short jelqing routine gaining 0.25inches length in a couple of months.

Anyway I’m back and looking for some length gains. I really only have about 20mins to give to Jelqs each morning in the shower so I was just wondering if it’s possible to get gains by sticking to a solid 20m daily routine?

I have a bathmate hydromax which over the last 6 months has given me some temporary girth gains and flaccid length but I’ve not really used it or in incorporated it as part of a daily routine - more ad hoc use than anything else. I wouldn’t say I’ve had any length gains from this.

Does everyone think the newbie routine will suffice ? My goal is 7.5in by the end of this year - realistic?

The only most efficient method to gain length with 20 mins a day routine is manual stretching. I dont think that the bathmate is a good plan if you want length gains but that’s my opinion, dont recommend it.

Practise your grip(V grip) and stretch downward every day for 20 mins. Do some stretches every time you have the chance throughout the day, because the frequency and the total time under tension are the two most important factors. So you can split your routine at different stages of the day.

Some people gain with few stretches after peeing. That’s barely few minutes per day. 20 is more than enough, especially with pump. If you are hard gainer then spend 5-10 minutes for proper heating and focus on something with good heat transfer like water. If 10 minutes isn’t enough, then spend 15, but you should be sure not only outer region is hot, but inner also. And then do something in remain. Stretching is fine. Don’t know about jelq, maybe you should use pump instead. Similar effect (expanded penis), but much more effective and faster. And then you can do kegels later, because you can do that anywhere.

You can also use something like extender, because you need to spend a little time for installation.

Thanks so does jelqing not really help with length or are you saying that 20 mins a day just isn’t long enough for jelqing to make any length difference? Thanks mate

Idea of jelq is to do very light movements and push small amount of blood inside chambers to expand penis. I suppose people need quite some time and 300x3 seconds is already 15 minutes even without heating. Jelq with higher intensity can easily lead to significant injury. That’s why i suggested to try something else. If you want only length (and maybe a bit of girth) then stretching is ok. I used to do that and stretching indeed gives very good length gains. When i spend more time (1-2 hours), i noticed that has rather negative effect.

Great thanks .. Perhaps I’ll try and incorporate stretching into my usual pumping routine. I tend to do a gentle pump with warm water for 10 minutes. I might try and finish off with 15 mins of stretching and kegels throughout the day, plus stretching on pee breaks!

Stretching before pumping would be the better way to go. Stretch for 10-15 min, then pump. I think most would agree this would be a better approach.

Since your looking for primarily length, you might consider ditching the pump for now and focus on the stretching.

Thanks, now that I’m committed to this I’m actually finding more time in the day for this.

My routine is :

20 mins bathmate including the warmup - am
20 mins stretch - am (after bathmate)
300 3-5 sec jelqs early evening

I might swap the first two around then 👍🏼

I’ve read that it’s difficult to gain length without also training for girth - makes sense as I don’t particularity want a skinnier dick by stretching.

Well I’m one month into my routine, I’ve stuck to a 5:2 schedule and I’ve managed to increase my BPEL by 0.3inches!! I’m now up to 7.1 BPEL ( from 6.75) !!

I actually can’t beleive this is working, fingers crossed I’ll be at my goal in no time !

So I’ve stuck to 15 minutes of the bathmate and 20 minutes of manual downward stretching each morning.

I’ve been doing 300 jelqs in the evenings too on the odd occasion but not everyday. I honestly don’t think the bathmate works for length but the stretching seems to be doing the job.

I’m stretching only downwards at the moment

Manual stretches are amazing and there are many options to explore when your current routine plateaus. Warming up and getting a proper grip are prime components. Good luck!
