Good afternoon fellas,
This post is a two part post, feel free to comment on either of you feel compelled!

I’ve been PE’ing for about a month and I started with the desire to improve my EQ. During this process I also made the direct effort to stop consuming porn. I’ve found that any desire to consume porn has essentially ceased. Initially I struggled a bit to reach erection levels needed for jelqing but after a week or so with no porn or masturbating to finish, I’ve found that I can gain the needed erection levels with just a minute or two of manual manipulation and kegels. For this improvement alone, this forum has my eternal gratitude! First question, I haven’t ejaculated for a few weeks now and I’m finding that after my 10 minutes of jelqing, edging has become almost immediate while trying to achieve maximum hardness/fullness. I’m starting to wonder if during my next sexual encounter, I’m going to orgasm upon achieving full arousal. Is this a legitimate concern ? Do you any of you make time apart from PE to masturbate?

Next question is around jelqing intensity. I typically work up to around an 80% erection and begin like lightly jelqing, with each slow stroke I kegel hard at the end and grip with the next hand. The erection is down to around 40% or less after the 20th stroke and I typically add a bit of lube or water as it’s drying out, work the erection up and start again. My timer goes off after 10 minutes and I ‘feel’ like I’m jelqing for less and less time each session over the last week. In an attempt to get that tingling sensation back after my session, I’ve added about 40 squeeze jelqs in the last few minutes of my 10 minute jelq session. Arbitrary question but am I trying too much too soon? Should the tingling sensation post jelqing be a positive indicator for someone so new to PE?

You’ll probably just find that you can cum when you want to.

Tingling is good. It sound like you have great jelqing form. Obviously, be careful, but ramp up if you feel not enough has been done. Tingling is a good sign. Mix your squeezes in with your jelqing to make the next 20 jelqs work on a larger engorgement.

If you’re not stretching do that too. Don’t forget the heat.

I use a rice sock for heat between 5 and 6 minutes depending how I much heat I need, colder mornings require more time. I stretch for about 5 minutes total and the last minute I pull in a dynamic fashion. Essentially I pull in a circular motion with constant tension. My stretching is not the focus of my routine as length is not my priority however, having said that, I see the value in stretching. Combined with the heat, stretching improves the pliability of my penis and sets me up for really good jelqing.

I’ll try working the jelq squeeze in with regular jelqs. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that! I suspect that doing this will result in feeling exhausted sooner than 10 minutes. I’ll report back tomorrow for anyone interested or maybe I should start a progress report post.

A progress report is a good idea (something I wish I’d done). Measured pictures are also good, so that you can look back and be sure you’re growing.
