PE success story
Hey hey, wasn’t sure where to post this so feel free to move this mods. I stumbled across this article posted in a blog while trawling the internet for PE info, purely by accident. I’ve taken out the names of the two PE forums mentioned in the article so as not to displease the powers that be. The routine from this article is the one I’m gonna use when I start PEing again after my decon, albeit a shorter version. The first paragraph is the blogger talking about his friend who ‘made his cock bigger’, and then his friend begins his email in the next paragraph. Enjoy!
“So months ago I wrote an article entitled 14 Proper Ways To Think About What Exactly A Big Penis Is. In it, I mentioned one guy I knew who had “made” his cock bigger. Some commenters wanted to hear about that and on and off since then I’ve tried to get him to write an article on it. He wouldn’t. He did, however, give me permission to post an email he was willing to write. Also, I was apparently wrong about his size. He’s 8 inches, not 10. Anyway, the whole thing’s pretty wild so I’ll shut up now and post his email that he refused to turn into an article because he wants to make my life difficult. I’ve known this guy since 5th grade. If he says it then I believe him but no, I haven’t tried this. Also, I’ve tried to correct his awful spelling, made some headers, and linked one URL…
Dude, checked out Thought Catalog like you suggested. Like I said, I’m just not comfortable trying to submit something from my email to people I don’t know and I don’t want a name attached to me or whatever. Call it paranoia, I guess. This isn’t something I talk about with strangers. Anyway, you’re free to use this email. So, as you suggested, I’ll try to structure this in a way that makes sense and that doesn’t “tease the reader with lack of detail” as you said. Forgive me if this ends up being a kind of data dump.
How did I come across the idea?
Well, it’s not my idea. I think it’s pretty much the idea of most men that they’d like to have more even if they already have something. In the mid 2000s I was watching porn one day and kept seeing all those “enlargement” ads for pills and shit. I wasn’t really looking for ways to make my junk bigger at the time but just seeing ads for pills I knew it couldn’t work. But I did get the idea that maybe there were people out there that did know how to do this and, knowing the internet, figured it would be on some private bulletin board somewhere or something. So, I turned the porn off and got to googling. It really didn’t take as long as I’d thought. I happened on a couple, one was called ******* and the other was called *********. I ended up reading the latter because it had more recent posts and seemed to have a more active community. There was a routine called the “newbie routine” and I did it for about a week. My junk really shrank when flaccid during that week and I freaked out even though this was supposed to be a temporary side effect. I didn’t try again for like 6 years.
By the way, I read the rest of the suggested questions you sent and I’m just going to ignore them and talk. I’ve got to get up at 5 tomorrow and drive all the way to ******** and it’s easier if I just type.
Anyway, about a year ago I got in this manic phase where I decided I was going to get into the shape of my life and also really try this PE thing. PE means penis enlargement, get it? You know I’ve always been bad at keeping a routine and at the time I had my own business and so I was trying to be consistent in everything I did. I joined a gym and started going five days a week. At the same time I started doing the newbie routine in earnest with the idea that since it really did appear to work for others then it really might work for me if I was willing to get past being freaked out by the idea of it which, I admit, is weird.
So, how I started is that I took the initial measurements suggested, both length and girth. You take your length measurement using a good ruler and you press the ruler into your fat pad until it meets your public bone. The idea here is that your public bone doesn’t move but your weight may fluctuate. This is called Bone Pressed Erect Length or BPEL. For instance, back then I had a 3/4 of an inch fat pad. It’s now 1 inch because I haven’t worked out all winter. Anyway, so you do that when erect. I also used a nylon ruler to measure my girth, that’s the circumference of the penis. This is called Erect Girth (EG). Initial measurements were as follows.
BPEL: 7.1 (I just rounded down to 7. I don’t count anything more or less than a quarter inch for gains)
EG: 5.75
I already pretty much knew how long my penis was but it’s important to measure because this is all very weirdly scientific. I also decided that since my girth was pretty good (I’d always gotten comments on it) that I’d just go for length. From that point on I did the following exercises 5 days a week taking only weekends off. Here’s the routine I did. I’m copying it straight from *********
The Routine
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
This takes about 35 minutes a day to do right. So, what you do is you take baby powder and you put it on your hands and your penis. You make an okay symbol with your thumb and forefinger and you wrap it around your flaccid penis head and you pull. This is all very caveman stuff. It’s very manual. So, people will probably wonder how hard you pull. You pull hard enough to feel a pull but you don’t jerk it outwards or wrench it hard or anything like this. You have one penis, one, and I recommend that anyone who might try this should get comfortable with the exercises before they start applying more force.
So, for the first week and a half I had what’s called “newbie shrinkage” which is where your penis is fatigued and wants to crawl away and sleep. I also had weaker erections during this time period. Yes, I insanely continued. By the end of the second week the shrinkage was gone and things were back to normal. At the end of 30 days I measured for the first time since my initial measurement and I had gained nearly a quarter of an inch. I was blown away and really couldn’t believe it. I think I probably remeasured like a dozen times before it sunk it that this had worked. Six months later my penis was 7.75 inches long and, right now, it’s right at 8 inches. My girth is also at 6 inches. A little girth gain is usually expected even with just doing stretching exercises.
So, how does this work?
Well, I’m not a doctor and I haven’t read the explanation for all this in quite a while but the penis is suspended within the body by ligaments. The standing theory is that placing moderate stress on these ligaments over time will allow them to stretch without harming them and you’ll end up with a longer penis. Another piece of anatomy is that your penis is made erect by blood filling a very strong piece of tissue inside the penis called the tunica. Monkeys have penis bones, we have the tunica. This can be stretched as well but it’s way denser than any other ligament/tissue in your body. Ligament gains come the fastest and all the newbie exercises are targeted at the ligaments for the most part although upward stretches almost exclusively target the tunica.
Answers to likely questions
So, I’ll try to answer some obvious questions that readers might have. No, it doesn’t hurt although I have had sore ligaments after a particularly good workout. If any part of doing this hurts then you should stop. Let me repeat. No part of this should hurt.
No, my penis doesn’t really look any different. It’s just bigger. Yes, it works great.
Do I feel any different? Well, yes. My penis is an inch longer than it used to be. My flaccid penis is 5 inches long now and that’s kind of cool considering I’d always been a grower before.
Is sex different? Yes, it took a little getting used to to be honest mostly in terms of angles and things like that. I wasn’t small to begin with though so it’s not like having a whole new penis or anything. In the beginning, my girlfriend would sort of try to get away from me in some positions because I was thrusting to deep. This took some adjustment to get right.
Is this a lot like jerking off? No. You have no idea how clinical I am about this. I think of it in exactly the same way as I think about squats or bench presses. It’s all a means to an end.
Is this real?
This can’t be real! I know people are going to say that. They’ll say this is impossible and that they’ve read stuff. Well, it’s real. It’s absolutely real. Now, granted, there are guys on ********** (where I’m a member of the brotherhood, shout out) that have been doing this for over a year that haven’t seen much in terms of gains but there are also people who’ve seen more gains than me so your mileage may vary. All I know is that I was consistent in this and I got results.
Is this a money scam? It has to be a scam. I never would have even tried this if I’d had to pay for it. The forum I found and linked above that I still read at least once a week had all the information for free. Completely free. Very Fight Club. There are ads. There are things you can buy. Ignore them. You don’t need them to gain.
So, that’s it. That’s the word on this. You and I had talked about how guys who have penis anxieties might go overboard with this and I can honestly say that the only people I’ve ever seen get any kind of injury on the board (and those were pretty minor) were the people who tried to get results too fast. I’ve seen people post on there asking if they could gain two inches in like a month…impossible. Those are the guys that get injured and a lot of times they’re smaller guys who are anxious about sex. I’ve also seen smaller guys on there that have gained two inches over the course of two or three years. Yes, that’s a long time to be doing this but the way I look at it is like working out. Do you work out once or every day for the rest of your life? Hopefully the latter (guilt at my gym laziness kicking in here). The bottom line is that if men want to do this then they should do it for themselves in the same way that they work out to be healthy for themselves.
Is this permanent? Yes, I haven’t done any exercises in six months and my penis is exactly as big as it was when I stopped doing them. It absolutely works.
Also, fuck you, I’m going to bed.TC mark”
