Penimaster In UK

Hi everyone,

I apologize if this thread is on the wrong forum, that’s because I can’t post elsewhere because of account restrictions

I recently bought Penimaster pro. It was shipped with DHL but the product seems to be stuck at DHL because I’m unable to provide the Information asked and we all know Penimaster takes a lot of time to respond to emails

I was told to provide commodity code and description, and custom procedure code.
Does anyone have an idea what that means and how I can get it??
