Penis Enlargement Foods

Hi everyone I’m new here it’s nice to meet you . I’m currently reading Michael Mavericks books on PE. He also has a book food for PE . Has anyone here studied and used his pnp technic ? I’m approaching PE with diet and exercise. Please let me know. Thanks

If you’re under 35 a daily multivitamin and a well balanced diet is all you need.

I’m 41 , the book basically states to get the same hormone levels as you had in your teens .

That’s what exercise, a good mulitvitamin and a balanced diet will get you. If you feel like you want to spend a bunch of money on supplements that you won’t need if you do what I just wrote than fine by me.

Resistance exercise, keep the weight off, eat good food, take quality vitamins.

I always say the best diet for PE is a heart healthy diet. That diet promotes good blood flow by keeping your arteries free flowing and that is best for penis health.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

One supplement i would suggest is L-arginine… its excellent for blood flow, also L-citruline… as mentioned lay off shitty foods like fast food, sodas etc… for PE it helps if the body is un an anabolic state and not a catabolic state…

Absolutely agree. The problem is the food industry sell things as being heart healthy when they aren’t. Ignore anything that says heart healthy on the box. In fact don’t buy things with an ingredient list, it’s not food. If you reverse the food pyramid and exclude seed oils and grains, you’re probably on the right track.

I just take Vitamin D during winter times because of lack of sun, other than that nothing. You really don’t need multivitamins if you have a healthy diet and of course don’t have a specific medical condition which for example could make difficult for your body to absorb certain types of nutrients. To keep it short, save money and don’t use vitamins unless REALLY needed.

L- Arginine can be great i agree, but it’s a double edged sword and very expensive. It can lower blood pressure too much in the medium-long run and actually cause ED because of that. I tryed it and it works best to heal a PE related injury rather than an erection quality ehnacer, there are better options in my opinion for that.

L-argunine is not expensive at all fella… learn where to buy… i go to purituansoride.com and buy one get two free for around 40 bucks… these are 60ct 1000mg caps… do your research …

Is there any thread on this book that I’m failing to find?

I doubt that diet/food is going to give a 41 year old the hormone levels of a teenager. Unless, the 41 year old is severely obese and type 2 diabetic. Maybe. If it was possible to modulate your hormone levels with food, then people wouldn’t need hormone replacment therapy.

None of those supplements touted to “raise testosterone” really work. Oftentimes, they are tainted with illegal substances. And if they did work, it’s a dangerous game as the body tries to reach homeostasis, other hormones are affected.

Diet can affect boners, as others have mentioned. I get really good sleep boners when I eat alot veggies, especially raw red onion for some reason. For me it’s not a vegetarian diet that does it, it’s including vegetables at dinner.

I read that citrulline/arginine loses effectiveness for older people, which i can vouch for. It worked great when I was young, now not so noticeable. Eat alot of nitrates for older people. Nitrates and nitrites are converted to nitric oxide by bacteria in the mouth and digestive system. If you are a big mouthwash user, you destroyed this pathway by killing all the good bacteria in your mouth.

Remember, the penis is not a muscle like your bicep. It’s mainly made of smooth muscle and a vascular bed, so difficult to “grow”.
