(Un)fortunately God has not created any magic food for penis enhancement. Thank god for that. Because if everybody ate that I would still be lagging behind with my average size. And what about some exercises? Or it is important to use extenders to get the real result?

Newbies should do hands only PE. Stay away from extenders et cetera for a while.

I’d say it’s probably dependent upon your age, puberty, hormone levels, etc…..
