Penis Pump - The Spiking Technique.

Hi Thunder’s Place Members: I am 2 weeks a new member. I have been using the penis pump for 6 weeks now and have just found a web page with instructions on how to use the ‘Spiking’ technique. I have just tried this ‘Spiking’ technique for the first time and found it not only safe but comfortable as well. I will stick to this technique to see what develops. My question to the forum members is this: Does anyone know more about this ‘Spiking’ technique.? Your advice would be really appreciated. In the mean time I am trying to construct a solid exercise using this ‘Spiking’ technique. What I am thinking.. I could be completely wrong.. But the web page instructions are brief only. My guess is this: Starting with a Baseline of e.g. -5 in/Hg and increase the pressure to a max of say.. -5.6 in/Hg for a period of 10-15 seconds before returning to the baseline. That part I get.. But am just wondering maybe after say a month at this stage I should or could possibly alter these values to something such as a Baseline of -5.2 in/Hg with a max of -5.8.and so on. Am thinking that gradually increasing both values over set periods of time is how you ‘stage-up’ through this ‘Spiking’ technique. Obviously, I won’t exceed the given values of Baseline -5 in/Hg and max -5.6 in/Hg for now until maybe a Senior Member here at Thunder’s Place can correct me on my presently euphoric hypothesis. Safety First has brought me this far in my PE, I am not about to blow it all. Please Help.Kollen.

The “spiking” technique I am more familiar with is once you are conditioned to pumping at 5inhg, do your regular routine holding a 5inhg, but every once and awhile spike the pressure up to 10inhg or maybe even a little higher for 5 to 10 seconds and then resume pumping at 5inhg. You can do this spike several times.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I think what you are describing is what some others have called high pressure pumping. Here is a link to one of the threads:

PE4F High Pressure Pumping: thoughtfulgold

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Here’s another version called dynamic pumping:

Dynamic pumping resource and discussion.

Thanks very much for the advice.

Hi members. I have just read your messages. I shall follow these guidelines and thoroughly learn the routines and techniques you have mentioned. I read a members’ instructions yesterday and started a complete new routine of 20 min warmup, dry jelq 40 min, pump 45 min, manual stretching 25 min 5 days per week and will stick to this routine as close as I can get to it. I have broke the pumping/spiking exercise up into chunks of 5 mins for a total of 40 min and I find this less stressful. Super-cool. Also I found that the dry jelqing prior to pumping not only has improved blood circulation in preparation for pumping but I can get harder erections prior to pumping also. Brilliant advice, brilliant set up I.e. PEforFun. Thanks guys; don’t know what I would have done without this experienced advice. Am glad I joined the forums; the advice is so helpful. I am not worthy.Kollen.
