People over doing PE?

Recently, I’ve come to believe that we all may just be over doing the whole PE thing. For the past 2 weeks I have using a new approach to PE and this post will articulate what I have found to be working for me.

New Routine-

PrePE WarmUp - 5 minutes in the shower, cupping extremely hot water (so hot that you have to train yourself to get used to it, only my hands and penis can really deal)

Streching - Stretch to the best of your ability. I pull it like its going to come out! :D 50-100 seconds forward, apply hot water again, 50-100 seconds upwards, hot water again.
Extreme Stretching - place one foot on a sink and the other foot down while stretching downwards. 50-100 seconds with one leg, hot water application and 50-100 seconds with the other leg, repeat with the water!!
Jelqing - Perform jelqs very slowly. The first set of jelqs are performed completely flaccid. Again, 50-100 reps and then apply the hot water. In the next set of jelqs I am at an 85-90% erection level. Once again, repeat the 50-100 reps.

PostPE - 5 minutes in the shower once again, massage the penis to ensure blood flow and for the last minute, stretch once again, as far as you can pull and at the end of the minute turn the water to a colder temperature.

If anyone would like to try this and either support or refute this PE program that would be great. My gains so far from this are around .35”-.4” and I haven’t gained for awhile so it may work for those of us that have been in the game for some time now. Good luck to all and happy pe-ing!

Isn’t that just a slightly modified newbie routine (erect jelqing added)?

I think that erect jelq is a bad idea. You can get more expansion with 50-70. 90 is a boner for me no expansion would happen.

Sounds to me like your routine is a description of how to over do everything.

Very hot water
Pull it like it’s coming out
Extreme stretching

I don’t get what you are promoting. I thought this was going to be a post about moderation, but apparently not.

Very hot water will definitly discourage cell division and encourage cell destruction. And, running it over your balls frequently is going to cut your fertility level way down. Maybe you don’t care about that, frankly I don’t care to make babies myself. But I do like the idea that I am still making lots of wigglers.

Warm water encourages cell division, loosens the ligs, softens an otherwise resistant tunica.

You’ve noticed that your hands react negatively to excessive heat? Works the same with your cock. Putting it as simply as I can, your penis wants to get away from Hot but responds nicely to warm.

I can’t even comment on acting like you want to pull your unit off with stretching.

Well, its just not as long as other people’s routines and I also do this only 3 times a week. Sorry for not clarifying, guess I’m just excited about the growth while the rest of you aren’t?

Also, I guess I should cut down on my use of the exaggeration of my words. I don’t actually pull that hard, I just give little me a nice constant tug.

We are excited for gains, but its better if you get them safer than faster.

I think I’d choose safety over potential injuries.

200 jelqs (same as yours, except safer)
Stretching (not as intense as yours, bad for newbies)

So how is the newbie routine overdoing it?!

I dont think he was talking about the newbie routine, he never said that. Unless Im mistaken.

Hes talking about a regular routine past already being done the newbie.

I was saying some peoples’ routines are outlandish in my humblest of opinions. I myself was upto 500 jelqs and now that I moved that number down everything seems to be working better. Also, I’ve broken it up into a morning and night routine now, with the stretching and flaccid jelqing in the morning and the extreme stretching and erect jelqing at night.

Some people have built up to those routines and need them to gain.

Everyones different.

I probably have the lightest routine on this forum, and I’m gaining.

If someone else tried it though, they’d either not gain, or give up saying “its not enough”

I agree with you with people overdoing PE. Most do it daily and to intense in my opinion. I dont even count jelqs.
