Plateau Question

My belief is that growth is probably a log function. Ie. you don’t really plateau, but at some point new growth require such an effort that it is effectively a plateau (at some point 1 extra cm requires 100 years of dedicated PE).

It’s my understanding that the stress threshold for growth increases with training. The more you gain, the more difficult it becomes to gain more. It seems like you’re below the stress threshold, so I would correct that by adding more weight, increasing set number, etc.

Totally agreeing with you.

What do you guys think about gains for certain Methodes? For example:

I gained 1.9cm with the newbie routine. Lets say I quit PE for a while and lose 1cm. Can I gain that back faster after I restart even with a different PE method?

Reason im asking my hanging device needs 4 weeks shipping. I can only manual stretch for 3-4 days a week with max 12 mins because my dick starts to hurt under the glans due friction

Try stretching with your foreskin in place. I have never been much for stretching or jelqing, but it sounds like your stretching quite intensely. I have found that gripping the bare glans or more sensitive skin under the hood uncomfortable. I grip the sides just behind the glans, with just two fingers, but do it gently and for no where near the amount of time most do it.

I don’t worry about foreskin stretch, in fact I want more foreskin so that when I am fully erect I can cover my glans easier.

When I dry clamp or edge I try not to touch my glans any more than necessary and just roll my foreskin back and forth.

Which hanger type did you get?

I tried but I give it another try it feels weird and Im feeling more that im stretching the skin then stretching the penis.

I bought a vacuum hanger because someone who is my size of flaccid recommended it. I hope so badly it works out for me and that its good for me and that I finally have a good workout schedule. Last time I had a good Pe session was weeks ago.

Taking the month off may be your best bet. Have you taken a break yet? When your not making progress anymore, your upset, stressed out or injured it is time to decondition, not just your cock but your mind as well. Do yourself a favor and do not measure, see if you can decondition completely, if only even for a week.

Measure when you start back up again, but don’t be surprised if you don’t measure up where you are now. Take it easy, this is a marathon! You will quickly get back to where you left off and should make some gains.

My reading seems to indicate a good campaign can last anywhere from 3 to 6 months, after that you should rest for some time and let your body go through proliferation, if your doing it right you may find you not only cement your gains but see some growth beyond your best measurements with your tired beat up cock.

If it hurts to stretch or jelq I can only imagine a vacuum hanger is not going to feel very comfortable either.

Take a break, and try to stay off the forums, porn, or anything else that triggers you.

I agree, I also suggested jelqing and stretching with foreskin in place. The lower intensity might actually be beneficial. 20mins light stretches are probably better than 10 intense minutes with foreskin back and irritated skin.

Berghuis - I now also tried stretching with foreskin in place and I know it feels different but I don’t think it matters. The consensus on here seems to be that light stretching (“holding” rather than “pulling”) is better so it should be fine if you feel less of a stretch.

Lots of people jelq with the foreskin in place. Again, you might just have to lower your intensity

How did you managed to get a good grip with foreskin in place? Powder, or toilet paper?

If I do that there is no tension or stretch in any way and I instantly roll my skin over the glans its like holding my penis no more.

Yes, if your pulling so hard it’s slipping your pulling to hard. When you are flaccid just put your thumb and fore finger on either side, like you would pick up a pencil and stretch it out.

Hmm I doubt if thats working. Thats the same effect like using an ads but on a stretch that just holds your penis straight forward but doesnt stretch its more like holding your penis the whole day. If that works like I mean I hate extenders but If I can use them with an 60% stretch I would be comfortable to wear it the whole day. But you think that would gain me length? With such low intensive stretching manuel or ads?
