Plateau Question

Hello,

Im now 8 months in the newbie routine and had few breaks of injury and surgery (not pe related fell on my head) so maybe 6.5 months of actual PE. Ive been very consistent because Im so focussed on reaching my goal PE is gonna safe my social life for sure im working harder then ever before.

Now I had a question since I love jelqing and stretching and literally hate any thought aboht other PE methods. I now gained 1.3cm in 6.5 months of PE and my 1 year goal and final goal is at least 17.8 BP. Im still at 30 mins jelqing and adding up on the stretch time but around 13mins+ 2 days on 1 day off,constant heating and warmup with 50 kegels.

Im still gaining but my question is what If I hit a plateau around 1.7cm of gains (17bp for me) Would i still be able to add that last 0.8cm with jelqing and stretching but like with 2 sessions on 1 day or 3 days on 1 day off? Or is it better to do another PE method because im afraid if I keep jelqing the gains will be slower then before like 0.1cm in 6 months for example?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Im not really worried but im preparing. Lets say it will happen in the next 3 months then I want to know what I can do about it. I hate PE very much but jelqing and stretching not so then I have to make a very difficult choice if I will continue with a different method or I will quit and continue jelqing and maybe have to wait years to accomplish my 7 inch goal. So thats why I ask this question again: can I reach my goal after I hit a plateau by increasing my jelqing and stretching or do you guys advice to switch do a different method?

I can’t follow all this. But basically: Yes, you can get past a plateau and you’ll probably need to switch to other methods.

My question is what If I hit a plateau with my routine of 30 mins of jelqing and 13+ mins of stretching.

Can I get past that plateau by increasing my routine of jelqing and stretching to lets say 50 mins jelqing in 2 sessions and 20 mins stretching a day? Or if I hit a plateau with jelqing I cant gain no more even if I do something extra. Please answer to this question

It is individual, what works for one guy may not work for another. People usually alter their routines when hitting a plateau, by either increase the workload using the same excersises, or by incorporating other excersises, or a all new routine with all new excersises for that person. But no one has the definitive answer to what might work - for you. You will have to try and find out.

Oke thanks for the clear answer. I hope I can add gains when Im inreasing my jelqing and stretching time or maybe 3 days on 1 day off because I tried extending and it made me depressive as I never been before. I never hated anything in my life but that extender was so lifesucking bad. I tried so many things to make it comfortable but all the tips and tricks wouldnt help. Ive found a way to make it a bit comfortable but not for 4+ hours a day. So hopefully i can reach my 1 inch gain with jelqing only in the next 6 months. 1.3cm gained at least 1 to 1.2cm to go.

I got another question. Youve got newbie gains when you start jelqing. Mine is working fine for me but I only focuss on length. Lets say I hit a plateau after 1.5 inch gain and I want to gain girth. Do I still have newbie gains with girth or is that harder because I hit a plateau with length?

I really can’t say, but my guess, ( and it’s a guess), is that you will need a break or change to pass the plateau. When you hit a plateau, your penis is tired, tired of the workload, and tired of growing, and I would guess that the plateau takes effect on both length and girth at the same time. Hopefully the guys that have experienced the matter could tell us how it is.

It’s a bit confusing but have you reached a plateau yet?

Think about it and ask advice once you reach the plateau, for now enjoy the training and relax.

Most likely you can go past it with a little bit more intense work out of the same kind you are doing, but if not take a break and come back or yeah try some other methods, possibilties are a few.

For everyone who ever hit a plateau?

For those who hit a plateau: when you hit a plateau will gains slow down and eventually stop or does the plateau comes very quick

For example:

I gain 0.2cm every month now. If im hitting a plateau will my gains first slow down to lets say 0.1cm every month and eventually 0.05cm a month or can I hit a plateau like instant. So i gain 0.2cm now and next month it just stops?

Ehm my English is not very good. So If I understand what youre saying PE gains slow down first before you hit a plateau?

It’s “sensu stricto”, and it’s Latin… not English. (nevermind the fancy words) But, yes. Gains will slow down and /or stop.
