Plateau Question
Hello,
Im now 8 months in the newbie routine and had few breaks of injury and surgery (not pe related fell on my head) so maybe 6.5 months of actual PE. Ive been very consistent because Im so focussed on reaching my goal PE is gonna safe my social life for sure im working harder then ever before.
Now I had a question since I love jelqing and stretching and literally hate any thought aboht other PE methods. I now gained 1.3cm in 6.5 months of PE and my 1 year goal and final goal is at least 17.8 BP. Im still at 30 mins jelqing and adding up on the stretch time but around 13mins+ 2 days on 1 day off,constant heating and warmup with 50 kegels.
Im still gaining but my question is what If I hit a plateau around 1.7cm of gains (17bp for me) Would i still be able to add that last 0.8cm with jelqing and stretching but like with 2 sessions on 1 day or 3 days on 1 day off? Or is it better to do another PE method because im afraid if I keep jelqing the gains will be slower then before like 0.1cm in 6 months for example?
