I’ve been reading TP for a few months now, and have been PEing off and on for the last two months.

I’m ready to start a consistent routine. Here’s what I’ve come up with:

Frequency: 5 days a week.

First 5 minutes: Light stretching & DLD stretching, standing up.
Next 2 minutes: 4 30 sec stretches

Next 10-13 minutes: Jelqs

Right now I’m aiming to do 50-100 jelqs. I kind of do it as if I were working out with weights. I break it down into sets. The first set is 15 light jelqs. The second set is 15 hard (3-4 sec jelqs). The next set is 20 hard jelqs. The next set 25 hard jelqs. Then the last set 15 hard jelqs. In between sets, I kegel 3-4 times. During each jelq rep, I breathe out, just as if I were working with weights. It helps me focus, and keep my dick from getting too excited.

Last 2 minutes: light stretches

So overall, it takes me about 20-22 minutes.

What do y’all think?

Start BPEL: 6.25
Goal: 6.50 by new year
Long-term goal: 7.00

I have never heard of a jelq routine broken up that way before. Let us know how it works out.

One thing is for sure about PE. There is no such thing as the perfect routine or only one way to get the job done. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have said, finally, I have the found the secret that works for me, only to find a better secret one month later.

Be ready and willing to change your routine whenever you feel stuck, or bored, or are hit with a brain storm. Similar to lifting weights, variety is often the key to success.

Yeah, I had done a search before, and couldn’t find anyone else who was breaking their jelqing session into sets.

For me, breaking it down into sets just allows me to maintain my focus better. It’s easier to count to 15 and start over, than to count to 75.
Also, I couldn’t stay within the 50-60% erect level after 15 jelqs.

I’ll keep everyone posted with my results.

I noticed you’re signature only refers to length. You’re routine should reflect you’re goals. IF you’re goal is length you should focus less on jelqing and more on stretching, and hanging.

Maybe you just didnt include this, but a warm up with heat should also be apart of you’re routine. Make a rice sock, and use it as you’re heat source. These things work really well, I avoided using one for the longest time because I thought a heat pad would be better. I was wrong, heat pad is nice, but a rice sock is needed for sure.

i agree, i would go with the newbie routine, feel it out for a little while then go from there… believe me, knowing from experience, its better to get your penis conditioned then to just jump into something and possibly overwork it, although your routine seems okay for that, just some words from someone who might know a thing or two, or more, about overworking it :-P

By “hard jelq” I mean higher pressure. I try to jelq at between 50-60% erect level.

Yeah, I know I should warm up, but I also know I’m pretty bad about doing that. So I’m hoping that the 5 minute light stretch, and then the 15 light jelqs (as my first set) will serve well enough as a warmup.

I am going more for length than girth (at least for now). So should I maybe switch to more stretching and less jelqing?

Be careful with that, you can still do damage. I’d say don’t do it all, but to each their own…

Increase stretching, but keep jelqing the same.

Add in more stretching throughout the day, fowfer at night too, if you feel inclined.

Remember this…

“You can’t stretch too MUCH, but you CAN stretch too HARD”

and you’ll be fine :)

Heat isnt just for reducing injury, and discoloring. Heat will help you’re streching and expantion. I dont just use heat to warm up, I use it throughout my entire routine. IT helps draw more blood in when jelqing, and I use a heat pad throughout my entire jelq sessions (between sets).
