Please comment on my routine

I’ve giving PE a serious try since about mid January and haven’t seen any gains yet.
While I have been reading the forums long enough to know 2 months are short when it comes to PE I had hoped to see some change by now.
I’m going to stick with it for a while longer, but it would great if I could get some feedback from people who’ve been there to check whether I’m on the right track (or maybe just get some motivation).
I started hanging in January with 2.5kg* and added 300g each week.
In the beginning I tried to hang 3x20 minutes in the morning and evening but due to time constraints the reality is closer to once per day.
Once I accepted that I was unlikely to really manage two sessions a day I added 10 minutes of jelqing, either after hanging or a few hours before hanging. I have been doing that for about three weeks now.
So right now it’s 3x20 minutes of hanging per day + 10 minutes of jelqing.
What do you think?
Should I also wear a stretcher? (Still have one from a previous PE attempt that didn’t produce results. I doubt they produce enough tension but maybe in combination with the hanging.)

(I had actually started hanging last year already and worked my way up to that weight, but since it was often interrupted for weeks at a time by visits from my girlfriend I don’t count that period).
