Please reply Newbie workout
Hey guys I have switched my workouts and I would like to have some feedback from advanced/people who know enough stuff Lol.
My previous workout consisted of this
10 min stretching
4 erects squeezes 20 seconds each
3 horse 440’s (mind you that I have been at p.e for 8 months consistently)
I also did mini jelqs and little squeezes inbewtween reps
I have seen gains but my dick gets very tired alot
New workout
Wakeup for work at 6
About 150-250 jelqs
Pumps inbetween jelqs
1 erect squeeze
2 horse 440’s
Ever since starting this workout I have had morning would every morning and my dick seems to hang better during the day, now I know this is less and I have no stretch but like I said I am seeing alot
More p.I’s than I did with my previous
My question is if there is anyone else on here who has seen results without stretching or anytype of warmup? Am I just one of those who fall in the less is more category
I have not seen any real gains besides the morning wood and better flaccid length during the day, but like I said the PIs are alot higher than my previous
