Position Of Hand When Stretching please Help

Is it okay to grap the glans directly and pull?…. or do you grip JUST below the head…. or do you grip a measurable amount below the glans?

reverse v-grip is the most comfortable for me… I’m still trying to figure out what I like in terms of right behind the glans (fingers touching the glans) or below… I think a little lower than that suits me better so I can slide down as the stretch gets more intense without feeling like I’m trying to trip my glans off.


Start (9/27/18): 5 12/16" x 4 5/16" (BPEL x MSEG)

Now (10/25/18): 6 3/16" x 4 9/16"

Goal: 9" x 6"

I grab just below the glans with a reverse O grip. Most comfortable for me. I’ll sometimes use my elbow to my stomach area as a lever to increase the intensity, but that I do with a non-reversed grip directly behind the glans.
