Hi there.

Would like to seek some advice on penis enlargement, especially regarding intermittent erectile dysfunction issues.

I’ve been on Testosterone Replacement Therapy for about 8 months now, and my erections work some of the time (but not fully hard though).

I’ve been using an air pump twice per day (at 20 minutes per session). Since using the pump, my ED seems to be getting worse. I only pump Mon to Fri, and let it rest over the weekend. Has anyone experienced the same issue, especially with Testosterone Replacement Therapy or ED? Apart from tissue damage (which I’m sure isn’t the case), I can’t see pumping causing issues.

I’ll also add that I try to use a penis extender, but sometimes during the day, my penis becomes so lifeless/formless, that the head slips out of the brace.

Would appreciate any advice.

First of all, you are doing too much. Just one 20 minute session per day. Also try pumping say Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and take the others off.

How much pressure do you use? Too much is also a problem.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I used 5HG, but now at 3 or 4 HG, so too much pressure. I’ll rest the poor fella for a week, then take it easy.

Try not using the extender for a couple of weeks too and see if that helps sort out the ED. Too much stretching can be a temporary erection reducer.

Yes, when you start up again, you might have to go back to 10 minutes and spend the first 5 @ 3”hg and the next 5 @ 4”hg. Slowly increase back to 20 minutes over the course of a week or 2 and then spend half your session at 3 and the other half at 4”hg. After 3 weeks or so, you can eventually work your way back to 5”hg but always start at a low pressure and increase as your session progresses. 5”hg is a high enough pressure top keep as your max for the long term.

Other tips, I always start with an erection and after exiting the tube, end with 10 to 15 minutes of edging.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll do this, and hope that the time off and lower intensity workouts will improve my situation.
