Posture during hanging
Hello folks, I’ve been reading posts at thunders place for over a year. I just joined and searched through the archives for an answer to this question to no avail, so:
I have noticed that I get a neck ache from the slouching posture involved in doing BTC hanging. I have found after doing a set of 4 20 minute blocks of hanging, ill often have a neck ache. I haven’t been able to come up to a postural solution to this issue.
Is this a common issue? How does one do BTC without slouching in a chair?
